以下は、最もシンプルな 【金銭貸借契約書】 の三か国語翻訳バージョンです。
金銭貸借契約書
AAAAA （以下、「貸主」という。）と ZZZZZ （以下、「借主」という。）は、次の通り金銭貸借契約を締結する。
第１条（貸借）
貸主は借主に対し、2016 年 4月 1日、金 300,000円 を貸し渡し、借主は確かにこれを借り受け、受領した。
第２条（利息）
利息は、元金に対し年 1割
2分 の割合とする。
第３条（弁済期と弁済方法）
借主は、貸主に対し、元金については 2017年 3月 31日 限り、利息については 毎月 25日 限り、いずれも貸主へ現金により遅延なく支払う。
第４条（遅延損害金）
借主が前条の弁済を怠り又は期限の利益を喪失した時は、その時点における元利金の合計額に対し、弁済期又は期限の喪失時から支払期に至るまで、年
2割 4分 の割合による遅延損害金を支払うものとする。
第５条（管轄裁判所）
本契約に関する一切の紛争については、貸主の所在地を管轄する裁判所をもって第一審の管轄裁判所とすることに合意する。
以上本契約の成立を証するため、本書２通を作成し、双方記名捺印のうえ各１通を保有する。

私人借贷合同
贷与人： AAAAA (以下简称甲方)
借用人： ZZZZZ (以下简称乙方)
兹为金钱消费借贷，经双方同意订立本借贷合同，条件如下：
第一条
甲方于 2016 年 4月 1日
将金钱日元 300,000元 （大写：三拾万元整）贷与乙方，而乙方愿依本约借用。
第二条
本借贷金钱约定利息，其计算方法按每百元息日元 1分 2厘。
第三条
本借贷合同之金钱偿还期到 2017 年 3月
31日 止。依前条约定的利息，于每月 的 25日支付利息，由乙方支付甲方。偿还期的最后一个月，除利息外，乙方也需偿还全数借贷本金，不得有拖延短欠。
第四条
如逾期偿还金钱，应按违约数额和延期天数，付给甲方违约金。逾期后违约金定为每百元息日元 2分 4厘。
第五条
本合同履行过程中发生的争议，协商或调解不成的，可由任意一方依法向出甲方所在法院起诉。
本合同一式两份，双方各执一份，合同文本具有同等法律效力。

LOAN AGREEMENT
This Agreement (hereinafter
referred to as this "Agreement") is made and entered into by and
between AAAAA (hereinafter
referred to as “The Lender”) and ZZZZZ (hereinafter referred to as “The Borrower”) as
follows concerning set out hereunder.
1, Period of loan
This loan shall endure for a period of 12 months calculated from
1st of April 2016, when this
Agreement is signed and the total amount of Three Hundred Thousands Japanese Yen（300,000 JPY） is
transferred to the Borrower.
2, Interest
The Borrower
shall be obliged to pay interest at the rate of 12 % per annum.
3, Repayment by Borrower
The capital sum of the loan
must be all paid by Borrower on or before the end of the loan period
(31st of March 2017), and the
interest to be paid in 12 equal uninterrupted monthly installments
of 3,000 JPY each on the 25th day of each month starting on the 25th
day of April, 2016, and ending on 25th March, 2017.
4, Late
Charge
If for any reason Borrower fails to make any payment on
time, the Lender can then charge Borrower interest on the unpaid
balance at 24 % per year.
5, Conflict
Any dispute as to this Agreement shall be
solely taken by the District Court which has jurisdiction over the
location of the Lender.
In witness whereof, the parties
hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed by their own
signature and seals in duplicate, each part retaining one (1) copy
thereof respectively.
